- ian wilson Review added: 2018.08.11★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We had our gender scan booked today when we got to our appointment nobody was there so I called the head office phone line that was on the wall to be told that our appointment was cancelled and that they had tried to call our house phone about 30 mins before our appointment to tell us,we live over 30 min drive from the place so we had already left. The lady on the phone gave no reason for the cancellation nor did she apologise or try to rearrange for us. It was so upsetting and we felt totally let down by this situation. I've asked for a refund of our money we had paid so hopefully that will be back in our account in the 2-3 days as promised. Would never try to use this company again and have luckily managed to book another gender scan for next weekend with another company.
